Berroco suede yarn

I am trying to decide to use the Berroco suede yarn for a scarf. Have any of you used it for a scarf? What results did you get with it, and were you pleased with the outcome? I’m making it for a friend who wants the suede and also wants it to drape nicely over the shoulder. I was going to try size 11 or 13 needles, but I have been experimenting with the 13s and am almost positive those will be way too loopy – yet, I don’t want it too tight of a stitch either. Thanks.

The 11s might work. This type of yarn doesn’t have a lot of stretch to it, so you need to work on large ones to make it lacy in the first place.
