I bought some yesterday at a buck a skein at Zellers. I don’t care what brand the yarn is…you can’t say no to a price like that. :teehee:
All they had left was Pastel Dreams and Pretty in Pink. I don’t even know anyone who is pregnant or even trying. :shrug: I’ll figure out something to do with it lol…

I’ve worked with cottontots before and I really really liked it! It has held up so well in the wash too. Good score on yarn!! I find those kinds of deals at Zellers once in a while too. :happydance:
I’ve used cotton tots to make wash cloths. It’s much softer than lion cotton, or sugar and cream cotton.
This looks so soft–what a great buy!!! You mentioned you don’t know anybody that’s having a baby or trying to have a baby, but maybe the pink might be nice for an item for a breast cancer survivor? Just an idea. 
I was thinking of maybe making some little hats or blankets for the preemies at the hospital? I have no idea if cotton is a good idea. I have 8 balls of this yarn and figured it would be soft enough for them.
Maybe I’ll call the hospital and see if they need anything like this. Our city is opening a new childrens hospital too so…maybe?
It would be perfect for babies, because those items need to be washable.
