Baby Yarn Recommendation Needed

Hi all! My sis is going to have another baby :cheering: :smiley: – due in December – and I found a baby cardigan pattern (knit from the top down) that I’d like to try:

Any recommendations for a nice yarn? I want to make it extra special :-)I love the matching baby pants, but I haven’t been able to find that pattern. I think I’d add a matching hat and booties. Since it is going to be a Xmas baby (like my sister and I…Holly and Joy), I was thinking of going with Xmas colors instead of baby colors…hmmm…I’m rambling now!

Bollicine Baby Night by Cascade is the YUMMIEST baby yarn I have ever met! :inlove: Its an extra-fine baby merino.

How about Shine worsted. It is soft and machine washable and with the cotton/modal blend should hold its shape well. Or how about a superwash wool?

this is what i used to make my sisters baby something and i love it! and you can get it at Michaels for 2.99. it is machince washable

I vote for Rowan Classic Cashsoft DK…same fiber content as Cashmerino…merino, cashmere, microfiber. Sooo soft, and machine washable! It’s my baby gift yarn of choice :smiley:
