Attach yarn to WS of remaning 7 sts?

Hello all,

I’m currently working on this pattern (i’m new so I can’t post links yet).

Here’s what I’m currently on:

Side 1: Using green, CO 20 sts.
Row 1- 7: Work in ss starting with a k row
Row 8: BO 6 sts, p to the end of the row
Row 9-14: Work in ss starting with a k row
Row 15: K all sts and co 6 sts at the end of the row Row 16-20: Work in ss starting with a p row
Row 21: K7, bo6, k 6
Row 22-27: Work in ss starting with a p row over 7 sts
[B]Row 28: BO all sts
Attach yarn to WS of the remaining 7 sts
Work rows 22-28[/B]

I’ve just BO all sts, as it says to on Row 28.
But then it says "Attach yarn to WS of remaining 7 sts"
Work rows 22-28.

That’s where i’m confused. If I just BO all sts how am I suppose to have 7 sts?

Hope one of you all could help me out by explaining to me what I need to do or where I may have gone wrong, much appreciated thank you.

No, you should have just BO the 7 you were working on and you should still have 7 remaining.

Stitch count:
CO 20 = 20
BO 6 =14
CO 6 =20
BO 6 =14
Work over 7 sts. BO these 7 sts = 7
Work remaining 7sts as you did the prior 7 sts. BO 7 sts = 0
