I guess if you want to adjust gauge you’ll need to borrow someone else’s arms or start lifting?

Would that mean that you’d need to know people with a variety of arm sizes so you’d have a variety of gauge sizes?
I am not exactly a social butterfly, so I think I’ll stick to either using my own arms, or my trusty needles.

This is very cool! I definitely have to try it! I’m visiting my daughter in MD right now so I’ll make her take me to a Walmart or somewhere to find some giant yarn!
Arm knitting annoyed me at first. It seemed like it was diminishing the importance of knitting & SKILL it takes to actually knit (I feel this way when people machine knit & call themselves a knitter).
I ended up deciding to try to “arm knit” a scarf. It was okay, but it’s annoying because if your arms are big (like mine), there’s only so small you can make the eyelets.
After giving it a try & judging for myself though experience, I decided it just wasn’t for me.
