Well, today Nania got a bit of diarrhea in the morning… some in the bathtub and some in the box. No vomiting today, which is good. I got some plain yogurt (yes, with live cultures) and mixed it with her favorite canned food. She ate it!!! :woot: as if she really loved the combination. I just hope that tomorrow she will be willing to eat it again. Sometimes she likes something the first time and then never again… go figure :shrug: I gave her the antibiotic this morning and her next dose is within a few minutes. I gave her the pepcid but I quit trying to open any cat’s mouth to make her/him take a pill!! I crushed it and mixed it with some canned food liquid. Then with the help of a dropper I give it to her.
She looks slightly better today than yesterday. I am hoping she will be fine soon!Crossed Fingers Yes, the vet’s bills are very expensive!! At least I found this new vet who is closer to our apartment and is a bit less expensive than the previous one, who was specialized in cats only. But, oh boy, she was suuuuuper expensive and never seemed to figure out what was the problem.
Oh, I’m so glad she doing some better. I’m always a basket case when one of mine is sick. I hope tomorrow is even better, and she’s soon back to her old self.
