Next weekend is the annual Sheep Shearing Day at Rising Meadow Farm in Liberty, NC! :cheering:

I went last year, and had a great time. They have roving available to buy, or you can buy an entire fleece right after it is sheared. 
Shandeh - thank you for sharing those photos. Wish I could have been there. That brown wool you were looking at is very nice.

I wish I COULD afford to pay your airfare. But, alas, I’m a poor girl with a musician’s salary.
I don’t know if I’ll be able to go to the event this year or not. I hope so. It depends on how I’m feeling that day. I’ve been sick WAY too much this year. :verysad:
