Anastasia Afghan
I like the afghan and the edging pineapples are awesome. Excellent work!!! Finished in time!:cheering:
That is breathtaking, just beautiful!! You are very talented. Great job!
I agree, the pineapple border is awesome and you did a super job on it!
Wow!!! That is JUST GORGEOUS!!!:notworthy: :thud:
What a lovely and thoughful gift–the recipients are very lucky!
My daughter’s name is Anastasia, so I had to click to see what your afghan looked like. If you asked my daughter, any afghan (or any knitted or crocheted object that I’m working on) is an “Anastasia” item–she’s a toddler, so it’s always either about her or for her!

Sooo pretty! And have to agree on the uniqueness of the pineapples…

That is downright beautiful. Other words come to mind also, such as elegant, graceful, tasteful, etc. Lucky recipients!

Beautiful!
That is stunning . You have done an amazing job . I am sure the bride and groom will treasure it
Absolutely gorgeous!
Just love the timelessness of pineapple patterns. I’m making cafe curtains with a pineapple edging.
Love your afghan it is so pretty. Were can I get the pattern for it?
I’m not the one who made it, but you can get a kit to make the afghan from www.herrschners.com or you can order the pattern leaflet from Annie’s Attic. It’s in ASN leaflet #1129 (Afghan Elegance).
Help, please. I am feeling like a dunce! :knitting: I am making the border for the Anastasia Afghan, and the directions for the corner are driving me crazy, especially Row 98 when it says “Corner Made”. Wish I had a picture of how it is supposed to look. Can anyone possibly help? I promised this one to my new daughter in law, and have been rushing to finish it by Christmas. Thanks so much! Connie

Is there a link to the pattern or can you provide the portion of the pattern that comes before the “Corner Made” declaration?
I may need both row 97 and 98 instructions to get a clear picture in my head of what the instructions are trying to describe.

I think that is absolutely beautiful! You have lots of talent! It’s so intricately complicated but it’s so simple to make!
