Why can’t I get Amys videos to work? they come up but the screen is black.I tried the link and that doesn’t work either :shrug:

Hi, do you have Media Player Microsoft? You can download that for free… and if you have Windows it should work…

Now if you have a “Mac” computer I don’t know if it will work.

Make sure that Media Player and QuickTime are up to date.

Try clearing your cache (“Delete Temporary Files”, which can be done in Internet Exlorer by going to Tools>Internet Options, I think).

You can also try right clicking on the links and “Save Target As” to save the videos to your desktop.

Sheldon is revamping the videos. You need to have the current Adobe Flash version. You also have to click on “click here to play video.”

Thanks for the help :hug: I downloaded Adobe and it still won’t work so tried ( save as) for desk top and that did work :notworthy:
