Baby Finlay has started to really dance around in the belly. She’s progressed suddenly from pokes and kicks to making my belly do crazy waves and warped shapes when she gets movin’. (Which is totally new, like since yesterday.)
I’m at 28 weeks, 2 days! (out of 40 weeks, for those not used to pregnancy math).

I have a bunch of proraps that my sister gave me, and I’m also looking at the Thristies covers (love the cute colors!). Definitely I’ll be doing some combo of those, and wool soakers. I’ve also put this Cloth Diaper Test Drive Set on my registry. Isn’t that the coolest concept ever?! It will let me try out some more types, without the commitment or investment.
Is this the “1, 2, 3” count? Did I just narrowly escape getting a time out? :teehee:
Lovely little bulge! I just had a look at the web site for the nappies - what a great idea. By the sound of it all the naps are very well sanitised before they send them out. It’s a great chance to try out the different styles to enable you to pick the ones that suit you guys and baby best.
Wow~those look like the Cadillac of diapers :teehee: Wish they had those when my girls were babies. You are glowing by the way

if you really want to have fun… take a flashlight and shine it on different parts of your stomach and she’ll hit or kick there… if you go and put “targets” (remote controls, etc) she’ll kick em off too

Sandy and Jan, I know this is just the beginning of belly hugeness. :teehee: Everyone tells me that the growth rate is exponential. I can’t even imagine…I’m gonna be huge!
Oh, I’ve got to share this:
Last night I dreamed I went into labor, and it was totally easy (I can dream, anyway!). I had mild crampiness, and a few minutes later a nurse poked at me with a fork and determined that I was fully dialated. Don’t ya just love the use of a fork? 
I was just pondering pushing when the dream changed.
