A couple FOs

What'cha Knittin'?

Hi there, I’m new here and thought I might as well post a couple of my more recent FOs. I’ve been crocheting for several years, but only started knitting about six months ago.

The first is a cardigan I tested for a lady over at Crochetville. It’s made with Lion Brand WoolEase in Green Heather. Now I only need to wait …uh, about five more months before the weather will be cool enough to wear it! :doh:

I made a brooch to go with it too; it’s sterling silver wire in various gauges and jade. The messy wire work was intentional; I wanted to try to give the impression of weathered, gnarled bark.

My first knit wearable is one of those infamous Anthropologie-inspired capelets. :wink: It was made with Red Heart Bijou in Barely Pink.

WOW! Now only is that sweater and dress just too cute, but i ended up looking at all your Flickr pictures, and you are one talented person!!! Do you do all the beading/crochet work/knitting for a living?! If not, you should!! your stuff is beautiful and very creative!!
