I am guessing that LC aka left cross translates to make a cable. I have never seen this abbr. i am thinking 2 stitches slipped to cable needle held in back knit next 2 stitches , knit 2 stitches from cable needle. Can anyone confirm?
To cross left, you need to slip the 2sts to a cable needle and hold in front, knit 2sts and then the 2sts from the cable needle. That way the cable will cross and lean to the left. Usually there is a definition of sts at the beginning of a pattern or maybe at the end.
