3-st RC?

Hello everyone!

I’m fairly new to knitting, and just recently I came across this stitch named “3-st RC.” After a Google search, I’m still not entirely sure what it means or how to do it! I’ve been seeing a lot of conflicting tutorials.

Could someone please explain this stitch to me, and how I’d preform one?

It’s a right cross cable, usually with one stitch held to the back and the two next sts crossing to the right.
Here’s a video for a 2x2 right cable.


Usually the pattern you’re working will have exact directions for the cable.
