Knitter for many years, skill level unknown. Knit with Icelandic wool making Icelandic sweaters on the round, hats, gloves, blankets from Alafoss Pattern books, Now attempting to apply steeking method from an older pattern book. I steeked an older pullover sweater to accommodate weight gain. Turned out great, the wool held out for twenty years and now I hope for a few more years use. Gotta love wool.
