Zoe Mellor Flat Ted - Not sure what to do

The pattern says:

122nd-123rd rows: Cast off 3sts, work to end
124th row: cast off
With RS facing, rejoin yarn to remaining 23sts and work 111-121st rows, reversing shaping, (eg: 111th row, skpo, k21)
122-124 rows: Work as first side

Can someone please explain what this means in really simple terms. This is my first project that involves more than just the basics of knit and purl.

Thank you so much!!!

I think we’re going to need more information about earlier steps in the pattern, but here’s a beginning:
row 122- cast off (or bind off) 3 sts and work to end of the row and turn
row 123 cast off (or bind off) 3 sts and work to end of the row and turn
row 124- cast off the sts remaining on the needle and cut the yarn leaving about 6 inches. Put the yarn end through the last st on the needle to secure it.
Back in the pattern you may have put 23 sts on a yarn holder (here’s where the earlier directions would help). Transfer those sts to your needles and start working with a new ball of yarn on the right or public side of the project, repeating whatever you did on rows 111-121 but reversing the shaping (and they give you an example in parentheses). Rows 122-124 are just as written above. If this doesn’t help, post more rows of the pattern or give a link and maybe someone can be of more help.
