They want to buy my market bags!!! The Merc just places an order of 6 bags as a trial, and depending on how it goes, she want’s to buy more!!! 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) YAY!!!

I explained that I was still a teen, homeschooled, 6 sibs and renovating an extremely old house, and she said that was okay, and that I was honestly to do them WHEN I HAD TIME. And there was no rush since they were handcrafted.

      I am so excited!!!

:noway: That’s fantastic! Congratulations! :cheering:

Merc…is that mercantile? I haven’t heard that word used since I watched Little House on the Prairie. :teehee:

Eyah, that’s mercantile. It a really neat store in Lawrence KS, in whihc I live just close enough to be local (within 200 miles) and far enough not to be able to drive there often.

Let me see if I can find a website. http://communitymercantile.com/whatis

I loved this store when we lived in Lawrence. It’s a really neat Green store, and I am a hippie green girl at heart.

Yahoo!! Can you say “Flower is excited!!” ???

Great news, Flower! Good for you for getting out there and “taking care of business”. :yay:

I’m pretty pysched at the moment. Getting ready to go work on them. My dad and I decided I should set aside 2 hours of work time every day (providing I get my chores done. ) so I’ve gotta get a move on and I’ve already cut myself a half hour short (but I worked on them earlier.). I’ve gotta check out some more Rav!!!

(And wouldn’t you know it. My mom saw my invite and said NOTHING. She didn’t tell me it was here!!! I think she’s trying to teach me something. LOL)

Good job you!

Congrats! That’s awesome!!
