I’ve seen several of these since I came on this forum and loved them. I knit this one in a merino/acrylic yarn I found on sale at LYS. Hopefully to be bestowed on my boy’s piano teacher for Christmas!
Absolutely gorgeous!
Beautiful! Lucky piano teacher.
It is a beautiful scarf!:cheering:
Oh. my. goodness. :thud: It’s STUNNING!! :notworthy:
That is beautiful! I saw that pattern on Knitty and I wasn’t really excited about it, but all of the scarves that I’ve seen here recently are breathtaking, and now I’m pretty sure I have to make one.
I still have that pattern waiting in the wings, you did a great job:muah:Isn’t it nice to have an xmas present done already!
Thanks, everyone. I really enjoyed making this one (even if I needed “The Cone of Silence” while working!) One Christmas project done!!
It looks really great!
I was just looking at this pattern earlier today - I love your version in that yarn. Can I ask, what ply is it? It’s turned out lovely, yours is my favourite version so far! What a great present…you’ll be teacher’s pet now!
Your scarf is just breathtaking! I really like the yarn you chose for it!
I made this several months ago, and I really like the pattern. It’s a pretty fast lace knit!
GREAT job!
I’m really ignorant about types of yarn - I usually buy what looks nice. The yarn was a merino/acrylic and looks like a 5 ply. Tension says 24 st x 32 rows for a 10 cm square. It’s a skinny little yarn!
lovely
Fabulous work, excellent color choice! I really must quit viewing these Whatcha Knittin’ threads! :pout: I am inspired to start yet another project!
You inspire me!!
Beautiful!! I’m sure she’ll love it!
