Monzogary - Mary - Thank you so much!! I LOOVE everything!! Mary sent me some beautiful, hand-dyed yarn in variegated orange/yellow colors (however did you do that?!) and some lovely stitch markers that she made, and a hat that she made that is AWESOME, and some really cool sock yarn too!

Although I may end up losing the cute little lamb. My 13 year old was sitting there as I was taking stuff out of the box and she grabbed it and ran away with it. I actually had to physically wrestle it away from her so I could take the pic.

I got my package today! My yarn-er (?) sent me two beautiful, gorgeous, delicious cuddly hanks of Mmmmmmmmmalabrigo laceweight in the Tuareg colorway. Seriously, people, this stuff is addictive - I can’t go more than a couple of minutes without petting it! She also sent me a bunch of knitting goodies - a keychain made from Malabrigo, Post-its for marking my place in a lace chart, a cute little pawprint tape measure, some very clever collapsible scissors, and some stitch markers! I might let the family pet the Mmmmm if they’re good, but the chocolates and hot fudge scented candle are Mine.

:happydance: The box is packed. It is all ready for the post office. I’ll be sending my yarnee her tracking # tomorrow. I’m mailing off 3 packages, lol one to Canada, one to my yarnee, and another to family. It is amazing I didn’t mail this much till I started knitting, lol
Now, I can’t wait for my yarnee to get her package. I’m excited and very anxious for her reaction.
While I won’t go into what all is in it… I can safely say no other package on this site has what hers has in it. It is very unique to KC, and I am willing to bet hers is the only one with it in her yarn box.lol

A package arrived yesterday, and I got myself really excited once I saw the postman because I figured whatever he was bringing he was bringing for me. I was dissapointed to find out it was a label maker for my dad. :roflhard: Oh, it’s so hard to wait! But I’m sure my yarn will be here soon. Just got to keep waiting. :verysad: :teehee:

When I saw pictures of your dogs I knew I had to include them in the box, I know that that breed is full of energy so maybe the toys will keep them busy while you knit? xxx And the chocolate, well we all need chocolate while we knit right? I wanted to find you a book to kind of keep track of the items you knit, sort of like a knitting journal and I thought this would work.
