Have you used Magic Stripes to knit socks? Comments?
It’s a good, all purpose striping sock yarn, and great for the money. I’ve used other brands that I prefer to that one, but, it’s great!
i am currently using it for my first socks, i love the stripes and how they are random. the yarn isn’t as soft/lofty/smooshy as some other sock yarns i have. i think it shoud wear well though :shrug: i am knitting on size 2USs, i like the fabric it’s making. not too stiff. HTHs
i got some specifically for making my very first pair of socks. i’ve finished a gauge swatch, and will possibly be starting them in the next couple of days. i’ll let you know what i think. i really do like the way the swatch came out.
