Yarn over from previous row

I’m working a pattern that includes the yarn over stitch and it includes instructions for YO from previous row.

Example: K2, sl1 (yo from previous row) *k6, sl1 (yo from previous row).

Any help is appreciated!

K2, sl 1 (oh, by the way, that stitch you are slipping looks a bit odd as it is the YO from the lat row… just slip it normally!), etc…

Thanks, I’ve never come across this myself but would have been stumped if I did, filed away for foture reference!
