Do I finish after the purl?
Yes, if it says to finish with a ws row, then that would be the purl side in regular stockinette.
If you’re every confused by the wording, since some patterns[I] are [/I]confusing, you can double check by looking at what the next row calls for–knit or purl, ws or rs.
It just says to finish on a WS row, than bind off/knit/bind off
