Written Pattern confusion

I am scared of charts! We discussed that in my previous post. So here is the new shawl I am making and I am just wondering, is my pattern repeat just rows 15-20 until I have 207? I get the rest https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/pretty-triangle-shawl

It looks like the repeat is rows 13-20. Each time you repeat you will have created another leaf.
There are some nice notes in this project for the border pattern. Even though you’re not there yet, they may become useful once you are.

There are complaints on Ravelry that the shawl is smaller than you might think at the pattern gauge. Some knitters have gone up a needle size.
Much easier to keep your place in charts with a sticky note, highlighter tape or a magnetic board and remember, charts are your friend!

But it says to repeat rows 15-20?
“15th to 20th rows form Lace Leaf Pat.”

You know, I’ve gone back and forth on this one. Yes, you’re right. One of the project knitters also says that she put in a lifeline every 12 rows (2 repeats) of the pattern.

My confusion was in trying to reconcile the leaf or American football shape with the chart. Also counting the eyelets around the center shape. But 15-20 rows repeated makes sense. Thanks, ColoCro!

ETA: I tried a smaller verion of the chart and it indeed worked with a repeat of rows 15-20 as ColoCro posted. Eyelets and leaf worked as shown in the pattern.
