Wrap and Turn?

Hey everyone :slight_smile: Hope your New Year is off to a good start :slight_smile:

I’m starting out on a new sock pattern, and it calls for a lot of w&t. I’ve tried googling how tos on this, but either they go too fast, or it’s just confusing, usually both. How do I do a simple wrap and turn? Is there such a thing? Please help! Here is the pattern if anyone wants to take a look:

There’s anarticle at knitty that explains it with pictures. Even though that shows a sweater, it’s the same thing for socks. And the heel is where you do this.

You can also just use the video here at KH. W&T is used in short rows. And there’s a great video here that explains and shows how to do it.
