Wrap and Turn?

I am trying to knit some animal booties and have come to the Wrap and Turn with the following instructions:

Slip the next st purlwise to the right needle. Bring the yarn between the needles to the front. Put the slipped st back on the left needle. Turn and work in the other direction.

I’ve already knit 25 of 30 stitches, so does this mean that I reknit the 25 stiches or just the remaining 5 but on the ‘wrong side’.

You’ve already knit the first 25, do your wrap and turn, and then you’ll be knitting back on those stitches that you’ve already knit, leaving the 5 behind. You’re doing short row shaping–knitting part of the row to get the shape of the foot.
