Wrap and turn on Urchin

I am starting ‘Urchin’ from Knitty. Directions say to knit to last 2 stitches, wrap and turn. Do I wrap the last stitch before those 2 stitches, or do I wrap the second last stitch? I’ve never done W&T before or short rows(I think that’s what I’m doing here). I’m pretty sure I have the technique for W&T down just don’t understand the first line there. Any help greatly appreciated!

I’d wrap the next stitch–the first of the 2 that are left.

Yep follow the instructions as written, wrap the next to last stitch then turn.
