Hi,
I have come to the place where I should be joining the wrap part to the stich, and the stitch slipped off the left needle, losing the wrap. :?? I could frog back the whole row, and begin again but, I know there must be an easier way… Can any one help me??
Thanks,
Mary
Wrap and turn and drop?
When you get to the stitch that was wrapped, lift the wrap onto the left needle tip and knit it together with the stitch it was wrapping.
I dropped the wrap- I am not clear how to correct that. I picked up the stitch that I dropped, but I am not sure how to get the wrap back on to the needle, so that I can knit them together. Currently, it looks like a spider web with a big hole.
What I’ve done is put my needle under the wrap and through the stitch, slip them both off, and then both on the left tip again so that the wrap and stitch are both on the left tip.
I think that makes sense! I’ll try it! (this wrap and turn business is all new to me! I’m still trying to understand how it looks on the needles… and unfortunately now, off the needles!)
Thanks again!
Mary
