I’m stumped, I just started knitting again after 20 yrs and am a little rusty. The project i’m working on is a dog sweater. I am at the point of shaping the leg openings but it"s telling me to join 2 more balls of yarn thru out this row then continue working the yarns separately. How do you work 3 balls at once without them getting all tangled?
You work each section with its own ball. You’re separating them for the leg openings, work the first part with one ball, drop that, pick up the 2nd one for the middle, drop that, pick up the 3rd for the last one. Do the same thing on the return row.
