WIP's (picture heavy)

So, I decided to go and take pictures of all my WIP and UFO for Ravelry, and then I thought that you all just needed to see them as well. I didn’t think that anyone here would be able to continue through their day without seeing what I’ve gotten myself into.

So starting off, left to right…
The baby snuggle…the back of the intarsia portion of the baby snuggle…a bib (almost done, just need to do the outer edging)

Fetching progress…fingerless gloves…what will be a fake hair hat for my neice

cowboy baby outfit…sheep sweater…pink baby ugg

hooded baby blanket…diaper soaker (just needs edging)…what will be a hooded sweater

My poor SSS lonely things (a mitten and a baby ugg)

And finally, my daughter working on her knitting in the middle of all my UFO’s

:passedout: Wow…that’s a lot of UFOs, but they all look great! You’ll have to let us know how the Baby Ugg works out. I tried using that yarn and it would have fit a toddler…at least! Lion Suede is way thicker than the yarn called for.

It is and that worried me a little. I’m using smaller needles than called for and I seem to be getting close to guage. The people that want me to make one for them want bigger sizes to fit their babies for next winter, so it may turn out to be a good thing. The pink ones are “testers” for a friend and depending on the finished size, I may just use the Berroco Suede the pattern calls for and eat the cost.

Of the 12 UFO’s I have though, only 2 really need to be finished before the end of the month, and one can be completed today if I grit my teeth and get on with it. I still have a ton I’d LIKE to start, but I’ve been forbidden from CO anything new until I finish some other things.

…doesn’t mean I can’t buy the supplies before hand though innocent whistle…

Well you HAVE to buy the supplies ahead of time … you never know when you might have to just start something … you absolutely must have that security of yarn around you!

Very pretty work so far though! - and that diaper soaker is so adorable I would consider having another child just to use one!:teehee:

Wow, that is a lot of knitting. Good job and keeping track and up with it all, I would go insane trying to remember everything. :stuck_out_tongue:

WOW ! you must start finishing some of them. I bet they will all look fantastic as FO.
You should have a ban on starting anything else until you have finished 2 FO LOL :slight_smile:
