WIP-Olympic Baby blanket and hat

I am knitting a baby blanket and hat to be auctioned-off for the local Emergency Service group. They help when people loose their home due to fire. They want to have an evac-center in case of earthquake or flooding for all residents. Here is the beginning!!:slight_smile:

Thanks gals…things seem easy in the beginning. I have taken and re-done the first ring as I didn’t like how it came out… When in doubt…take it out!!:mrgreen:

That is quite a project. Cool idea and will be a piece for someone to treasure from the 2010 Olympics.
