Who? is the cutest hat in 3 sizes child -adult.
I just cast on tonight and am about to work the cabled section, so no pics yet. Who wants to look at an inch of 2x2 rib and a few rows of stockinette???
The hat is in Washable Ewe, color way Dragonfly, a pretty blue-green. I’ll have to get it done this weekend to gift it the following Sunday. The fun wee one I’m watching eats into my knitting time during the week!
I’m looking forward to this! I’ve enjoyed making countless owl sweaters for children and this hat sounds perfect.
I love it, it’s now in my Ravelry library.
That is such a cute pattern. I love it! I have eyes for the owls. I’ve not got my nerve up to try it yet. I wanna see yours ASAP!
I promise you’ll enjoy the knit!
Had I not miscounted my first cast on, and had to start over, I’d have a picture of the cable twists to show you now. As it is, I’m 2/3 of the way through the cable panel now. For me that’s a PDQ pattern even with twisting 10 owls using cable needles.
I’m physically unable to do the cables without a needle thing. But if you can do the cables without a needle, you’ll fly right through this darlin’!
Oh my, it’s adorable! Can hardly wait!
Oh, that is so cute! I look forward to seeing the FO.
How stinkin’ cute! I still haven’t tried that type of look with hats yet but I know that John (my boyfriend) would wear any of them if I made them.
I can’t wait to see pictures!
Got’er done! She’s not blocked yet, but now that the wee one is asleep I can do that… then sew on the eyes, wanted you to see how it came out first! Its about 9 inches wide at the brim…
:woohoo:
Love, love, LOVE it! I want one now, lol!
Too cute. Beautifully done.
Thank you ladies! It blocks beautifully too. Eldest got off of work early and I had to hide the blocked hat in my laundry room for drying, no pics in there. Aaaack!
Oh, Charlotte, that is just too cute for words!
