I love doing mittens, but errr I tend to put off the thumbs…eek!

I also make the wrist part a lot longer than the pattern tells me to - as a kid I just hATED the feeling of snow going down my wrists

I agree about the cuffs. They have all kinds of fingerless gloves, why not thumbless mittens? For the thumbsucker is your life?

Hee! I know the feeling!! On Wednesday morning, I was greeted with, “Mama, it’s snowing! You have to finish my mittens!!” :mrgreen:

BEAUTIMOUS mittens!! :happydance: :happydance: LOL, I have to finish a thumb on my fingerless gloves, too…I don’t know if I will ever be able to do actual gloves :shock: ! I am going to look for some ebony glove needles while we are on vacation. I know that you can order them, but I want to feel them :wink:
Oh, I agree that the wrists should be longer, too…I just think that they look nice :wink:
