This is a shawl that I am making for my gf’s Mom. She’s done a lot for us in the past year, so I wanted to make something nice for her to show my appreciation. I’m using Knit Picks Shine Sport in Blush. I love the feel of the yarn, and will definitely have to find another project to make something for myself with this yarn.

I love it!! It’s a great pattern. And the thing is, it’s very easily memorized, so you don’t have to look at a pattern constantly. I used the Lace 1, 2, 3 pattern from knitpicks. The pattern gives you the number of stitches to cast on for a scarf, a throw, and of course a shawl. 
So pretty and delicate! I can’t wait till I work up to this level!

Yes your shawl is absolutely beautiful - I love feather and fan too and have done a few things with it in the last year. Got some Araucania Nature Wool on sale recently in bright red to make a feather and fan shawl similar to yours for a cousin.
