"Winter Gem" from Cast On Magazine

Any one making these? I am working on them, as is my knitting group and most of us have not made gloves before. I have had no problems until row 32 which has a M1 in the pattern and if I do that I can not match the next row’s instructions as I will have too many stitches. Also, any help or suggestion on the fingers???
