Wicked sweater

35 below???

I’m using tigerlilly, is that the yarn you wanted??? :shifty:

Margaret, yours looks fabulous!

Yeah, I think that was the color. I can’t wear peach and I was looking for a toned down orange Next time!

I cast on for the size 36-39. This is 128 stitches but when I join in the round to do the first row it is like the 32 inch needles are way too long. The stitches are stretched out way to far. Am I doing anything wrong?? I had to lay it down I got so frustrated.

The 32 inch should be okay. I CO 120 on 32’s. The first couple of rows are tight but it gets better.

What are you knitting with and what is the needle size?

I am using addis size 7

I’m knitting on addi’s size 7.

Thanks for telling me it is gonna be tight. I will try again.

Thanks, Hilde! We need more pictures from the rest of you…

:poke: :poke:

:roflhard: Why anyone would want my terrible photography is beyond me. But here goes!!

:inlove:

My stitches were tight when I joined and I had to biggerize the pattern and CO 144!

I went to UY today, and there’s more tigerlilly if you’re interested… I had to find a skein of the same dyelot just to make sure I’d have enough.

oooooooooooh do you think there is at least 5 skeins???

 :inlove:  :inlove:  :inlove:

LOVE your colorway, petals!!

Thanks! I hope to have it finished by St. Patty’s day!!

Yep!!! there’s a whole bunch!!! Go quick, they close in 25 minutes!!!

:roflhard: :roflhard: :roflhard: :roflhard:

You think I missed that the other day!!!

Maybe I should have asked???

They’re not in the same spot as they were when I went in to buy them last week… they’re in the top row all the way on the left, now. They were somewhere near the middle bottom before…

I’ll bet if you called them they’d hold some for you until you could get there to pick it up…

ack. got to the arms and put it on scrap yarn. too tight under the arms. i’ll have to do a couple more increases. ugh I hate putting the stitches back on the needles.

candice

You really are an enabler ( is there such a word?) :roflhard:
