Wow, I just saw this because of somebody somewhere… a link to Berocco on another post and all of a sudden I want to make a dress.
This isn’t exactly a dress but it could be if made a little longer or I think it’d look neat with jeans or whatever. And in different yarns too.

If I knitted a dress I would put a seam down the center of the skirt and re-name the design - pants :rofling:
But seriously, I love so many of the knit dress patterns that I see. None of them look dowdy or goofy. Just sexy and arty. I only wish I had the figure for them!
I had the aphrodite one on my to do list for a while. I put it on the back burner later though, cuz it was just too much to jump into for me, not having had knit anything big before.
I like the colors that were used for it. That’s partially why I liked it so much.

Eventhough I lost weight, I’m still a curvy girl by nature and knitted dresses just look funny on me(I tried different ones on last spring).
Ohhhhh the black dress is gorgeous! Wow. That looks like an even bigger undertaking. I’m tempted to begin this dress with yarns I have, just kind of create as I go along. Not the black one, the one I posted.
I kind of like the colors of it though too, now that I think about it.
It’s so different. Thanks for the input! I don’t care if I’m too curvy, I’m going to try it anyhoo. Maybe it’ll inspire me to lose back the pounds I just regained. :rollseyes:
