What's the name of the cast-on

What’s the name of the type of cast-on where you’ve already got a piece on the needles, and then at the end of a row, you add more stiches?

I’m going to have to do that, but I always need to look it up, or else I end up creating an un-frog-able mess! :frog:

Knit or cable caston? You can use either one.

You can also use backward loop. All methods have instructions in the video section.
