What's a Nifty Knitter?

I was looking at a pattern but it turns out I need a ‘nifty knitter’.

What the hell is one of them? Just curious, I won’t be making that pattern now, but does anyone have one of these things?

It’s a plastic cicular loom like this. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen them at Wal-mart and craft stores.

Hope that at least satisfies your curiosity!!
