Pony’s head looks super cute and extremely complex! What weight yarn and needles are you using?
Finished some plain toe up socks and started a sweater. For the sweater I am using a cotton silk yarn - it is a lovely soft yarn to knit.
The pattern is Ravelry: Derecho pattern by Alison Green

Thanks! I thought I was using 4ply but it turned out to be 2ply lace, I just grabbed it without looking as it was handy 
but it probably worked out better than 4ply anyway! And 2mm aluminium needles. The eyes are about 6mm!
