I’d leave the jacket like that. I love the inner workings of things. Beautiful. We hide too much of the skill and craftmanship of all sorts of things, in my opinion… although much of the skill is about magically hiding all the inner workings. (I am very happy for instance that I cannot see or feel the springs in my bed mattress!).
