What wld you make w/this: Peruvian Tweed Alpaca Superfine?

Man Ijust got the most gorgeous soft soft soft luxurious yarn:

Peruvian Tweed Alpaca. It’s superfine and 600 yards. It would make the most luscious sweater but I think it might cost too much.

What would you make with this? I might try this corkscrew scarf but that might be a waste. I love this stuff. Should I make a shawl?
Going to do a swatch.

Btw, !! I paid $28.50 TWENTY EIGHT FIFTY for this skein (Seaport Yarns) and now I found today with a google that you can get it for $22 at a lot of places. PLUS $4 subway fare, hmmmmmmmmmmm :doh:

Oh well. Finders fee I guess.

:inlove: :inlove: I think that with superfine you should go for a shawl. A sweater would take so much it would be ridiculous. A lacy shawl would look lovely

Thanks Ingrid! Yeah, I was dreamin’ … a slinky soft little sweater but it would take forever. Maybe in the future… It’s so nice to hold this stuff though, wow. Alpaca blows me away.
