What to do with a "rib 23, wrap 1, turn"

HELP, HELP, HELP!!!

I am knitting a cardigan with a large shawl collar, and after eventually picking up 230 stitches I’ve come to the “wrapping” part of the pattern!! OK, so I understand the “knit 23, wrap 1, turn” - but where do I go after that? Do I turn the work round and rib back over those 23 stitches, or do I head off in the opposite direction and rib down to the hem? The more I look at it, the less I understand !!

Do what it says … knit 23, wrap 1, turn and proceed the other way.

Now got it sussed thanks - came to me late last night. I have to rib back over those 23 stitches back up to the neck edge. Seems easy now - just one of those stupid things that until you know HOW to do it, it seems an impossible statement!!
