What kind of stitch pattern is this?

i’m not very experienced with knitting and i looked all over the internet to see what the name of this possibly is or the instructions to how to knit this pattern.

i looked online and thought it was very similar to a linen stitch but it’s still not the same.

any help would be much appreciated!!! :happydance:

It looks like seed stitch in the body of the jacket and the lining of the hood. Outside of the hood is stockinette so there must be a double layer there.
