What is your favorite?

I’m wondering what everyones favorite sock book is. Both in terms of patterns and clarity of instruction.

I have and like Knitting on the Road (more advanced patterns for someone who’s knit socks before), Sensational Knitted Socks (ultra-beginner to advanced patterns, with instructions for toe-up, cuff-down, DPN, 2 circular, and many others), and a pamphlet called Knit Socks Whatever the Yarn (it has instructions for worsted, sport, and fingering weight yarn).

I am a sensational knitted socks fan.
But ever since I found this site, I don’t buy sock books, there is tons here to keep me busy

Have fun

I third Sensational Knitted Socks. It’s how I learned, and it gives you lots of options for making socks and explains how socks are constructed, so you can figure out which methods work which and how to fit them to feet and so on.

I really want More Sensational Knitted Socks.

Sensational Knitted Socks for me!
