When you pick up stitches around a jacket front on a circular needle…how do you knit to keep the work from connecting together.or…how do you go back on those needles to keep the work straight?
Just turn the work & start knitting (or purling) back in the other direction. Pretend the tips of your circ are two separate needles.
Just turn it around. Act as if the two needles are separate. You’ll have your stitches to be knit on the left and the empty needle on the right. When you finish the row, flip the whole thing around so that your stitches are in the left hand again.
