I am knitting a sweater and on row 19 it says: On row 19 from right edge work as foll: edge st, work 23 sts, P3 tog and so on. My questio is how do you know what the right edge is? Thank you for any help you can give me
What is the right edge
i think it just means the right side of the piece that you are knitting (the side on your right…likek your hand?)
Oh Dah :doh: I though it might be the edge on the right hand side because that is where your yarn is hanging from the needle, but I could not understand why they even need to tell you that, don’t you always knitt from the right. Hey… :oops: I guess maybe you wouldn’t if you were a left hand knitter, I think??
