What have a done to make the edges so different. I’ve followed the pattern, I even redone the side on the right of the photo but it’s still knitted up the same. So I’m just wondering what I have done wrong.
I don’t think you’ve done anything wrong. It’s likely the two sides of the edge, front and back. If you want the edges the same, you could work a slip stitch edge.
The knitting looks really lovely and the edges don’t detract from that in the least bit.
