What does this mean?

What does yrn mean. I know it means yarn around needle, but what does this mean? The directions say to *yrn. P2tog. Rep from *:stuck_out_tongue:

Right. First you do a yarnover, then purl two together, then yarnover, then purl two together…

What you’re doing is making “holes” in your work without losing any stitches…so you add a stitch, then do a decrease. It should look sort of like lace or eyelet when you’re done
