Hi, I’m a beginner knitter and this is my first post.
I’m currently working on a wrap which is fairly easy with one exception. I cannot figure out what the current pattern I’m working on is trying to tell me. Here is what the pattern says -
Row 2: k4, work chart over next 15 sts*, k14, sr w&t
*this is a diamond pattern which so far I’m following. 
Row 3: k14, work chart, k4
I believe based on my research that it means ‘short row, wrap & turn’, but deciphering the words is all that I have figured out.
Do I just turn around and start row 3? If anyone can help me I would appreciate it very much. Thanks so much!
