I wanted to SLAP this woman at church the other night.
I had some free time before I had to get started with my work at AWANA on Wed. night. I’m working on a baby sweater. I made the comment that I made a mistake and can’t fix it…she thought I said “find it”. She said, “if you can’t find it, then no one else will. That’s why I would just go to the store and buy one.”:devil:

What have you said to people that say stuff like this?
I’ve had someone make the comment about my socks while I was knitting them; I just said “have you ever worn hand-knit socks?” No, they said; “don’t knock it until you try it; I MUCH prefer to wear hand-knit socks”.
