i am new to knittinghelp.com. i am a fairly new knitter. i tried to teach myself years ago, but couldn’t get past the cast on:??. a couple of years ago, a girlfriend-whom i had taught to crochet-said she had taught herself to knit. not to be outdone, i pulled out the age-old kit and gave it another whirl:knitting:. in no time, i had a scarf to go with my new coat:woohoo:
now, i am trying to advance past knit and purl, and make something besides dog sweaters.
